The South African Music Awards announced the nominees for its 23rd Edition last night at a star-studded event. None of the Reggae Entries made the cut, in the category Best Rnb/Soul/Reggae Award.
This year there were some Reggae and Dancehall artists who made the submission as compared to last year where there was no showing at all.
We would like to send a huge shout out to the following artists who made an effort and submitted entries but unfortunately were not legible for a nomination.
NC Dread – Hustle, The Album | Best Rnb/Soul/Reggae
Thutukani Cele for Eyes For my Baby | Best Rnb/Soul/Reggae
