Hempress Products is a natural and organic hair and body products company formed by husband and wife duo Empress Fabia and Ras Madoda. It was through struggling to get products that catered for natural hair that Empress Fabia decided mixing her own organic oils at home and found that it worked very well for her hair. The idea was planted and consequently Hempress Hair and Body Care Products was born. It is a fully black owned establishment which took 2 to 3 years to plan and implement and in 2013 it was formally launched.
It is the love of natural hair that first give Empress Fabia the idea, being a naturalist herself and her family it follows that she uses only natural and organic plants in creating the products, which is what natural beings need because all the chemicals spoil the naturalness. The road to get where they are right now was not without challenges, as their main ingredient is HEMP, thereby dealing in a very stringent and tightly regulated industry; which is why part of their mission is to educate the masses about the many uses of Hemp.
They work from a certified natural and organic factory with a qualified formulator who mixes all the natural and organic plants needed to create the winning formula for Hempress Products. The final products are Eco Certified and Verified.
Hempress Hair Products are mainly for people with natural hair but also for relaxed hair. Their three main product lines are: The Conditioning Shampoo for itchy and dry scalp, washes as well as conditions the hair and the scalp; the moisturizing hair-food helps with breaking hair,dry hair, hair growth and keeps it shiny and stronger and the scalp treatment Spray for scalp problems as well as hair growth. Their Body products helps in healing damaged skin or sensitive skin or dry skin but the products can be used by anyone. The main ingredient being 100% organic hemp oil making them suitable for all ages.
