Sabelo Clerence Langa
Sabelo Clerence Langa was born in Hammarsdale, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. He is a Reggae singer/songwriter. He attended Northlands Primary School in Northdale, Pietermaritzburg. His father was a fanatic reggae listener so much so that reggae music was the only music that was played at home. It came to a point that the only music they listened to and sang was Reggae music, although sometimes they never understood the lyrics but they knew how to sing them because Reggae music was the only music beating in their hearts. Music and singing was like the culture of their family because even when out with their parents to public places, they would perform Bob Marley songs and people would be amazed. Later started high school at Woodlands Secondary School, around the time that they moved to Northdale Pietermaritzburg; and that is where the inspiration of reggae music and Jah Rastafari grew as he could now understand the lyrics of the reggae music. This is the place where Trinity got the opportunity to meet with other Rastafarian communities and learned more about JAH RASTAFARI because Rastafari is a movement to be studied ‘as the words of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie are teachings to us’.
After high school, he got to focus full time on studying the Rastafari movement from Elders like EVERGREEN, PUFFERMAN, DO GOOD who blessed him with the name TRINITY. He also learned even through Reggae music from Elders like Peter Tosh, Bob Marley, Bunny Wailer, Jacob Miller, Burning Spear, Jimmy Cliff, Ziggy Marley And The Melody Makers, Black Uhuru, Toots and the Maytals.
He met with some members of the JAHUG BAND during the Rub-A-Dub session in his area. His first gig with them was in Willowfontein but he didn’t last long with the band as he also performed alone as a solo artist.
In 2016 he started to focus more on his music as a solo artist until he met with CRAIZY from BLAQOUT MUSIC GROUP in Durban. Craizy spotted a lot of potential that he decided to manage TRINITY and they started working immediately; December 16 they recorded their first track which is titled THE TRUTH. That will be included in the mixtape the PENCIL AND PAPER that will be out in 2017 . The mixtape will be a blend of Roots, Hip hop and Dancehall. With songs like:

This mixtape is an introduction of TRINITY’S MUSIC, it will be followed by an ALBUM which will be also out this year.
