Still under going major renovations with delays causing them, to postpone major events that were lined up. Tydal Kamau was set to perform his Cape Town leg of his Africa Calling Tour, as the invited guest for the official launch of the centre, but had to cancel. Despite the minor hiccups, Royal Ras Centre is set to be one of the go to spaces for Rasta and Reggae in Cape Town. They host ‘Dancehall is Everything’ on Saturdays
