Humanitarian, RuFF CuTT Studio owner and recording multi-platinum selling Zimbabwean born, South African based artiste Menelik Nesta Gibbons aka Don Dada in collaboration with Mexican Artiste Jah Fabio has officially released their Single, “Big Daddy / Papa Grande

Taking the saying “Artistes Unite” to another level the single “BIG DADDY / PAPA GRANDE” was produced during the Covid-19 lockdowns. Working digitally with a Nigerian producer Illy, Don Dada and Paradise Systems connected with Jah Fabio in Mexico creating this collaborative effort that showcases the cultures of two distinct continents (Africa & North America) and combines English and Spanish over a distinctly Afro beat. Don Dada’s low voice is complimented by Jah Fabio’s Higher tone and makes for a creative and dynamic song. Ushering in a new age of Reggae / dancehall, Big Daddy / Papi Grande is a refreshing take for both genres and can be considered a tone-setter and marker of the dynamic sounds coming out of Africa and Mexico.

Jah Fabio born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is one of the most active reggae and dancehall artistes in Mexico in the last decade. With five albums and endless collaborations, Jah Fabio is gradually becoming one of the mainstays of the new wave of reggae and dancehall artistes in

The result of his hard work during almost 15 years of his artistic career, has been, to be the only Spanish-speaking quota in one of the most important Reggae and Dancehall festivals in the world. The ”Reggae Sumfest”, which took place in 2018 in Montego Bay in the cradle of
Reggae; Jamaica. In this festival, Jah Fabio was on the main stage of the event on Dancehall night, on Friday, July 20, along with important artists such as Sizzla, Popcaan, Aidonia, Masicka and Bounty Killer, icons of Jamaican music in the world.

Opening shows for Beenie man, and Damarco in Zimbabwe, Lutan Fyah in South Africa and Everton Blender in Kenya.
