Do you think that the award nomination would change the perception about Reggae, considering there have been Reggae winners in the past?
The nomination will surely change the perception because it shows that there’s a huge demand of reggae in SA and the whole of Africa and across the world it’s time for a new legacy.
How can we make sure that the category stays ‘relevant?’
We should always drop clean and good songs in terms of quality we must book reggae artist we must put it on mainstream level always it will stay relevant.
Why should artists participate in the SAMAs? How can it benefit their careers?
They should participate because the SAMAs is a big recognition in Mzansi for upcoming and relevant artists of this time it can also benefit their career a lot because its nationwide promotion .People will start to book them feature them and all.
