Freeky’s last full Body work was with the EP Love Stories which we reviewed here. He released singles here and there and kind of laid low for a while until his next project – My Music – which earned him a nomination at the SAMA27.
He explained in a Facebook post what all this meant:
‘My album is finally dropping before the end of January. Ive been recording, mixing engineering this body of work since 2016. Mixture of my highs and lows back to high by the grace of the most high Jah who liveth forever in us. We still have a mammoth task of selection +-17 songs from the 60 songs we recorded. Sorry for the delay for my team and I never work by schedules set by the music game but released only when we know we are offering the best we can. Thank you for those who have supported the 2 EPs we released and stay updated on #realfreeky and www.dreadedsounds.com’
