The South African Traditional Music Achievement Awards [SATMA] has extended the deadline for submitting nominations to 15 August 2016.
The 11th edition of the annual event’s theme is: Imbokoto is our Heritage; celebrating the 60th anniversary of Woman’s Charter and 20 years of Freedom. Therefore, the SATMA Awards 2016 nominees will only cater for Women in support of the 60 years celebration.
Nominate an artist or group by completing a nomination form 2016. The Artist/s or Group/s must have recorded their albums in the period from March 2015 to February 2016. Click here to access the nomination form.
The completed nomination forms have to be sent to SATMA Awards accompanied by a CD/DVD, Artist/s or Group/s photograph and profile/biography before 15 August 2015.
