Silectah Joseph Reveals Cover Art and Track List for New EP – So Glad
Silecta Joseph is gearing up for the release of another EP titled So Glad – inspired by the birth of his daughter two years ago. That was the time he released his off the chain track Sick Like Corona on the Competent Riddim produced by DJ Nigel and DJ Petshine. Since then he took some time off to be with family and to work on his latest project, the EP which will see its official digital release on 30 March.
So Glad, the lead single and title track of the EP was not only inspired by his little princess but it was also motivated by the Bad Minded people that think they know but don’t really know and he is just So Glad that he is not one of them. The four track EP was produced by DJ Nigel and Silecta Joseph himself did the Mixing and Mastering at his Kingsound Production Studios in Cape Town.
Silectah Joseph’s first EP titled Jah Protect Me came out in 2014 and he released a slew of singles and voiced some wicked Riddims between then and this latest EP offering. He also put on his Producer hat and put out Riddims under his Kingsound Label. His most notable productions were with his long time collaborators, Outsyder and El Vynom who always feature in all his productions.
The Sick Like Corona Hit maker used the lock down period to recharge and bond with his loved ones and to continue doing what he does best, making music. He is So Glad to return to the hustle with this EP.
